Account purchases

lolaccounts.gg sells digital League of Legends account login details. Product pages describe the region, account type, and any listed features available for that order.

Check the region and account type before paying. If you buy the wrong product, contact us right away, but we cannot guarantee a swap after delivery starts.

Delivery

Delivery is sent to the email entered at checkout. You are responsible for typing the correct email address and checking spam, promotions, or filtered inbox folders.

If the delivery email does not arrive, message us on Telegram with your checkout email and order number so we can locate the order.

Your responsibilities

After delivery, you are responsible for using the account safely and keeping the login details private.

• Do not share, resell, trade, or transfer the account after delivery.
• Do not use scripts, bots, unsafe third party software, or behavior that can trigger platform enforcement.
• Follow the delivery instructions before changing login, email, recovery, or security settings.
• Contact us before opening a chargeback so we can review the order.

365 days of insurance

Eligible League of Legends accounts include 365 days of insurance from the delivery date. If an access issue happens during that period, message us on Telegram for review.

If recovery fails and the issue qualifies, lolaccounts.gg may replace the account according to order details and available stock.

Refunds and replacements

For wrong, missing, duplicate, or unusable account details, we review the issue through Telegram. A matching replacement is the first fix when stock is available.

Refunds are reviewed when we cannot provide a valid replacement for an eligible order issue. For full details, read the Return and Refund Policy.
