Return and Refund Policy

Use this page when an order is missing, incorrect, or has an access issue after delivery. We review every support request through Telegram and aim to fix the order before issuing a refund.

Digital orders

lolaccounts.gg sells digital League of Legends account login details. Once checkout is complete, delivery starts by email. Because the product is digital, completed and usable orders cannot be returned like a physical item.

If you did not receive the delivery email, check the email used at checkout first. Then message us on Telegram so we can locate the order.

Issues we review

Message support if the order has a delivery or account problem. Include the order email, order number, and a clear screenshot when it helps us verify the issue.

  • The login details were not delivered.
  • The account does not match the region, type, or listing you purchased.
  • The login details do not work before you change anything on the account.
  • The same account details were delivered to another customer.

What is not covered

We cannot approve a refund or replacement for problems caused after successful delivery when the account details worked as listed.

  • You purchased the wrong region or account type by mistake.
  • You changed the password, email, security settings, or recovery details, then lost access.
  • You shared, resold, traded, or transferred the account after delivery.
  • You used third party software, scripts, bots, unsafe VPN behavior, or actions that can trigger platform enforcement.

365 days of insurance

Eligible League of Legends accounts include 365 days of insurance from the delivery date. If an access issue happens during that period, contact us on Telegram so we can review the order and attempt recovery or replacement.

Insurance does not cover account loss caused by unsafe user actions, account sharing, resale, third party software, or rule violations after delivery.
